Since their inception, CDL Laboratories have remained dedicated to their mission, which is to implement and to promote an organization focused on client satisfaction, quality, service, technology and innovation. We were able to attain our goals and objectives through this approach. Our constant progress towards this direction has enabled us to reinforce our position as a leader in the Quebec private diagnostic laboratory industry.

   We strive to satisfy our customers' satisfaction through quality and utmost service by constantly redefining the fundamentals of our business development plan. We have also transformed our processes in order to streamline our management approaches. We have recently launched the CDL Group, which is comprised of the following entities:

•  CDL Laboratories, a Division that provides diagnostic laboratory testing to doctors' offices and clinics.

•  CDL Clinix, a Division that provides our clients with rapid access to a wide range of complementary services offered by specialized physicians in cardiology, ultrasounds, urology, vascular surgery and sleep apnea and other services to come.

•  CDL Pharma, a Division dedicated to the pharmaceutical industry,

•  CDL R&D, a Division dedicated to R&D activities,

•  CDL USA, a Division that targets the US market,

•  CDLSoft, a Division dedicated to the development and maintenance of the laboratory information management system (LIMS).

   The objective of the first four divisions is to enable physicians to provide their patients with a more accurate diagnostic and appropriate treatment.

   The CDL Soft division is aimed solely at providing a strong, reliable information management system, which constitutes the core of our organization. New features are frequently added to our current system to facilitate processes and offer an even better service to our clientele.

   The CDL USA division is intended to develop the American market and to seek new and advanced diagnostic tools which might be beneficial to our customers.

I have aspired, as laboratory director, to combine all of the key ingredients essential to reach this goal and create a successful enterprise. We are proud to have attained our objectives over the past 13 years of operation and to distinguish ourselves from the competition by elevating quality standards in the industry at three different levels.

    Firstly, our exclusive business partnership with Roche Diagnostics makes our organization the only private medical diagnostic laboratory in Quebec to be completely computerized and to be equipped by the world leader in laboratory diagnostic instrumentation.

   Furthermore, our highly qualified scientific team, in addition to the expertise of a full time on-site Ph.D. biochemist permits us to offer a multitude of tests in-house, a service of the highest quality, and the shortest turn-around-time in the industry.

   Finally, our integrity, our know-how and our desire to advance science have resulted in the creation of a research and development division, enabling CDL to offer state of the art medical diagnostic tools designed to benefit physicians and their patients.

   Our sense of innovation and our motivation propels us to constantly refine existing services as well as intensify our efforts to diversify and create new products. After all, the ultimate goal of CDL Laboratories is to assist health care professionals in the accomplishment of their tasks.
